At decor amsterdam, we aim to deliver your purchase with excellent service, from Monday to Friday. Where possible, DPD will handle shipping your order.
Larger items, like furniture and select non-furniture, that due to size cannot be shipped by DPD, your purchase will be delivered by experienced white glove delivery professionals within 7 days in The Netherlands.
Preparing for your delivery
It’s your responsibility that all furniture items delivered can access the desired location through your doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners. For instructions on measuring your home's spaces to ensure items will fit, please contact our support department via contact@decoramsterdam.nl.
Please note that the above does not apply to smaller items delivered by DPD.
Scheduling your delivery
Our logistics department will get in touch with you to schedule an appointment for delivery. Please notify them of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. For example, the arrangement of an external lift, the need to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances and gated entry access.
Please also inform us if there is special contact connected to the delivery location, like your concierge or any other staff member, that we need to keep in the loop.
