Together with our logistic team we are doing everything we can to deliver a product safely and without damage. However, it might occur that a product is damaged. If any imperfection is noted at the time of delivery, notify our delivery team. If anything is noticed after delivery, contact our service department directly.
Decor Amsterdam is happy to assist. Send an email as soon as possible to service@decoramsterdam.nl containing a description of the problem in case of damage, clear photos of the damageyour order number and name and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
