Most of our products are customizable and thus we urge you to come in and feel your future treasures. In store our team will help you create your sofa, pick the accessory that fits your home and handle your order. If you have seen anything on our instagram or just already know what you want, feel free to call or email us. We will give you a price quotation and can directly place the order for you.
Decor Amsterdam can also provide you with an online payment link.
In store you can pay with debit card, visa, mastercard, american express and cash. We can also provide you with an online payment link so you can make a bank transfer. In case you have ordered products through phone, email or dm, we will send you a payment link through email. Please note that we only process orders after the (pre)payment is received.
In general, changes can be made within 10 days from the date on your order confirmation. Please note that for made-to-order products we might not always be as flexible as we would like to be, since we are dependent on our manufacturing partners. Decor Amsterdam will communicate lead times for our products in store. From experience those are quite accurate. Lead times are made up of administrative preparation, resource gathering, manufacturing and transportation. Unfortunately, we have little influence on any of these aspects.
In case your purchase can't wait, we recommend contacting us and see what's readily available.
For us efficiency is key, so in general we prefer to deliver each order in one go, actually minimising lead times for everyone. If you are, for whatever reason, eager to receive part of your order earlier than the rest, contact us. In most cases we can work something out.
Sure! Within 14 days you can return your purchase without any hassle. Just make sure the item is with the price tag, in the original packaging and in the exact same condition as when you bought it. Furthermore, you should bring your receipt. Made-to-order furniture is specially made for you. These products cannot be cancelled or returned.
