terms of service
These terms apply to consumer purchases from our online store. Prices include VAT. Delivery charges, payment options and delivery times are shown before ordering. In-house delivery requires an appointment. Screen colours may differ slightly from the actual product.

Products must meet the agreement and your reasonable expectations. Contact us about defects or complaints; we provide the remedies required by law. Dutch law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

returns & refunds
You may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. Notify us by email or another clear statement, then return the goods within a further 14 days.

You may inspect products as you would in a shop. Excessive handling may result in a deduction for loss of value. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.

For furniture returns or collection, please contact our store. You pay return costs only if disclosed before purchase, including an estimate for bulky items.

For a full cancellation, we refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of your notice, using your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return.

The withdrawal right does not apply to genuinely personalised or custom-made goods where the legal exception applies and was disclosed before purchase. Sale items retain statutory return rights. Faulty products remain covered by your legal rights.
